Mark Bonder will lead us through Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms® practice, allowing us to explore the core of our being via free form movement and dance. These primal rhythms are universal energies, and as we practice them, we become clearer channels for their articulation and expression in our lives.
Mark is a musician, energy healer, and movement instructor. He has been practicing Qigong for over 14 years, Yoga for 12, and has been dancing the 5Rhythms practice for over 11 years. With his background in movement, energy, music, and vibration, his classes carry a deeply grounded feeling that allow you to explore more of who you really are within a beautifully safe space.
