CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Vinyasa - A flowing sequence of asanas (postures) linked to and supported by breath. Each class is adapted to the needs of the students present, offering modifications and variations to challenge and encourage students in a safe supportive atmosphere. All students welcome.
Energizing Vinyasa - Consisting of a vigorous flowing sequence designed to wake up your inner energetic potential. This class is open to all levels.
Core Yoga Flow - Experience a creative, fluid yoga practice that focuses on the energy and power of the abdominals. Work from your core to balance deep inner strength with flexibility and freedom of movement.
Ashtanga - A vigorous flowing class using a sequence of challenging asanas (postures) based upon the primary series as taught by Sri Pattabhi Jois (guruji). All students welcome however some yoga experience or level of fitness helpful.
Beginners and Beyond - A basic fundamentals vinyasa class most appropriate for those new to yoga or those with physical challenges.
Power Vinyasa - A vigorous flowing Intermediate / Advanced class designed to work you out, increase your heart rate, and bring awareness to your mind and breath. This class is for students seeking a challenge in their yoga practice; using parts of the Primary Ashtanga Series as it's foundation.
Gentle Vinyasa - A gentler paced yoga class that is designed to offer a yoga flow with modification options for each individual practitioner. The class will emphasize instruction for the beginner student as well as" challengi", those who are more advanced.
Meditation
- Engage in a process of deliberately studying
your own mind by focusing and gathering the minds energy.
This will allow you to settle into a place of peace present in your
own heart, a place that is always available to you when you just
settle down.
